Pride Across the Bridge

  • Pride Across the Bridge (PAB) is dedicated to creating an inclusive, affirming, and supportive community for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals in East King County. Through events like Redmond Pride, programs like Beyond Binary Connections, and initiatives like The Big Book of All Things Queer, PAB is actively fostering connection, advocacy, and joy for those who have often been overlooked in this region.
  • ESI supports the Pride Across the Bridge’s work through an array of back-office services including financial management, HR, IT and daily operations support.

Rwandan Community Association in Washington (RCA-WA)

  • Rwandan Community Association in Washington (RCA-WA) is a collective community dedicated to building a united, informed, and engaged Rwandan community by focusing on preserving cultural heritage while supporting the integration of Rwandan immigrants and refugees into life in the United States. 
  • ESI is supporting RCA-WA through a pre-approved grant (model C) fiscal sponsorship. More about model C sponsorship can be found here.

Andy Hill CARE Fund

  • The Andy Hill Cancer Research Endowment (CARE) Fund invests in cancer research to improve the quality of life for the people of Washington. The CARE Fund is a public-private partnership created and funded by the State of Washington and overseen by the Department of Commerce.
  • ESI is the contracted Program Administrator for the CARE Fund.  ESI supports the CARE Fund’s work through an array of back-office services including financial management, HR, IT and daily operations support.

  • Golf Pencil Group (GPG) is a cohort of Seattle teaching artists who bring reflective, inspiring, and integrative writing activities in a weekly class to women incarcerated at King County Correctional Facility. We stand for student affirmation in a traumatic and destabilizing time, and believe our students are agents in their own empowerment and transformation.
  • Golf Pencil Group is grateful for the support of ESI’s governance knowledge, tax support, and operations skills and abilities. Since signing up with ESI, GPG now has a customer relationship management (CRM) tool and has already started receiving donations through it.

South King Emotional Wellness League (SKEWL)

  • South King Emotional Wellness League (SKEWL)
  • SKEWL is a coalition of community volunteers, mental health professionals, and cultural healers who work to make mental health care accessible and affordable for black and brown people. SKEWL provides mental health support and resources to the BIPOC community in a cost-free, low-barrier, easy-to-access way.

Supporting Partnerships in Education & Beyond (SPEB)

  • Supporting Partnerships in Education & Beyond (SPEB)
  • SPEB serves immigrant families and BIPOC communities in King, Pierce, and Thurston Counties to transform systemic inequities by engaging families, educators, and community partners in systems change work at local, state, and national levels. SPEB’s work is done by supporting families in the areas of Community Responses, Capacity Building, and Systems Advocacy.
  • ESI supports the SPEB’s work through an array of back-office services including financial management, HR, IT and daily operations support.

Thriving Communities, Families, and Youth Initiative (TCFYI)

  • Thriving Communities, Families, and Youth Initiative (TCFYI) is a collective impact project designed to decrease the number of low-income families and youth who are involved with both the child welfare system and the justice system in King County.
  • TCFYI uses ESI’s built-in operations infrastructure to support their marketing and outreach, fundraising, and financial management.
